KEEP MOVING!….YOU WILL FEEL BETTER!

Wouldn’t it be sensational to wake up every morning feeling refreshed and motivated?

This is becoming a real problem for many today, regardless of age.

The reality is that making lifestyle changes like eating better, exercising daily, and reducing stress levels can help us get a better night’s sleep and wake up with more energy and motivation.

 

I too struggled with this very problem. I went to bed so tired that I couldn’t think anymore, yet I couldn’t fall asleep. My sleep was broken and restless. Sometimes, I woke in the morning feeling like I never went to bed.

 

Here are a few things I discovered that really helped. It was all about making changes and new habits.

  1. Choose healthier foods. Reduce sugar. Eat smaller portions, more often throughout the day.
  2. Reduce caffeine, especially later in the day.
  3. Drink water…Half your weight in ounces.
  4. Exercise for an hour each day. Walking is a good way to start.
  5. Reduce your stress levels! Avoid multi-tasking. Find relaxing ways to take the worry off your shoulders.

 

One other thing, I am over 60 and since following these tips…Yes!…I do wake up feeling energized and motivated.

 

My only assistive devices for the rest of my life will be vitamins, supplements, protein drinks, and love for a healthy life!
